The Stink Eye

Here I am givin' mama the stink eye.  I wanted to go in, it's just too wet out and cold on little puggy feet. 

We did find this, today, though:

My Daddy

My friend Tweedles said last night that I was a brave little pug. 

She said she wouldn't go out in the snow. 

Sometimes, I have to, because I have to help my mama with the chickens.  

It was just too cold today, so mama let me go out with my brother and sister, and we "did our business", which is what mama says we do when we go pee pee outside... and then we came back in. 

Then mama said I had to stay in most of the day, because the wolf would be very hungry and might try to get me. 

So here's where I landed, and here's where I'm stayin'. 

My daddy won't let a wolf hurt his little girl! 

It Snowed Some More

My brother Ranger and I are SO TIRED OF THIS STUFF. 

So is my momma, because she shoveled paths for us again. 

No going down to the pasture for a few days! 

The Snow Came

This afternoon, my momma and I worked on a flower bed, even though it was cold and gray outside.  My momma cut down a lot of old flowers and took all the stuff to the compost bins. 

I helped. 

We took a break and walked down in the pasture for a few minutes.  There I am under Beau's tree.  Beau was our pony, but he crossed the Rainbow bridge.  My sisters Hannah and Addie Mae are sleeping under this tree, because they crossed the Bridge, too... I miss them.  Our kitties Jenny, Nickie and Gwen are there, too. 

But my little sister Gertie I miss most of all is in the house, in a little box.  I don't understand that, because momma said she is waiting for us across the Bridge, too. 

We came in the house after a while, because momma had to get ready to go to church. 

Look what happened! 

Yes, it's snowing again.

Momma says it still is. 

Momma fell hard. 

I'm stayin' in and keepin' my little pug nose WARM! 

Everyone be careful in the snow!

Where did spring go? 

We are praying for our furriend Stella Rose, who is sick. 

We hope she will be better very, very soon!
